Thomas Koytek, founder and CEO of VISBO GmbH
Thomas Koytek has a degree as a computer scientist from TU Munich. He is married with two children.
Thomas has been fascinated by the possibilities of digital transformation in companies for many years. He was one of the founders of TECOPLAN AG, a software company that develops software for digital mockups in the automotive and aviation industries. Tecoplan was awarded the German Innovation Prize by the Federal Ministry of Economics for their work.
After Tecoplan, Thomas moved to Actano, a Munich-based developer of project management software, in 2010, where he was responsible for product management and the development of the Actano product as a member of the management team. The business idea for VISBO emerged from the many discussions with Actano customers and colleagues.
In 2013, Thomas left Actano and founded VISBO, a solution provider for AI-supported portfolio management.

Klaus Nitsche is a business coach and consultant for successful projects.
Klaus has a degree as an environmental engineer. Many years ago he switched to information technology where he was, among others, a trainer, a product manager, a project manager, and a PMO leader.
He is married, has six stepchildren, three grandchildren and lives in Hessen, Germany.
