About the Creation of this Manifesto
This document encapsulates insights the authors have acquired over more than 15 years of multi-project management experience. We have implemented these projects across various sectors, including German automobile manufacturers, large financial services companies, and suppliers in the automotive and aerospace industries.
The principles outlined herein are applicable alongside agile, classical, and hybrid project management methodologies and frameworks.
We believe in saying no to thousands of projects so that we can really focus on the few that are truly important and meaningful to us.
